Hello from Green Lake Wisconsin! 11/28/2007

Personal Note:  Winter is in the air with really cold temps.  No snow on the ground as of yet.  Hopefully we will be receiving a lot of snow and cold enough weather to freeze Green Lake for all the snowmobilers, skiers, ice fishers and ice skaters.

with Christmas Shopping, Specials, Silent Auction, Festival of Wreaths, Lighted Horse & Wagon Rides, Dartford Historical Society Past Christmas Trees and hot cider, Story Time with Mrs. Claus, Tree Lighting Ceremony, Love Lights Dedication and Community Caroling

Saturday, December 8
with Christmas Shopping, Specials, Sweet Shops, Santa and Mrs. Claus at Santa's House, Horse & Wagon Rides, Graham Cracker House Making, Silent Auction, Festival of Wreaths, Lunch with Santa, Decorate a "Christmas Cookie"

and Chris Brubeck's Triple Play at Thrasher Opera House.

Winterfest, February 8 & 9, 2008

The Winterfest Committee is working on a great fun Winter event with volleyball competition, food, beverages, games for young and old, soup contest, crafts, fisheree, helicopter rides, ice golf, ice bowling and more.  Something new this year will be a vintage snowmobile show.  I will be giving you more and more information in future e-newsletters.
