Especially “formulated” for kids! Two different weeks depending on age. Learn about the origins of chocolate, where chocolate comes from, and how it is made under the professional instruction and supervision of Heather Rawlings Davis. Kids will design their own chocolate products, add their own special toppings and ingredients, and then package and sell them at the Friday Farm Market at Town Square. All proceeds from market sales will benefit a local nonprofit organization of the children’s choice.

About the Instructor: Heather Rawlings Davis is the founder and owner of the Appleton-based chocolate company Polliwogs Co., where she produces and manufactures what many consider to be one of the best chocolate sauces in the world. Her products can be found in Whole Foods, ShurFine, and restaurants across the country. Heather uses Green Lake Kitchens, Town Square’s certified commercial kitchen business incubator, as the testing ground for her new products and chocolate creations.
