We are beyond thrilled to have Michael Velliquette, a nationally-known mixed media artist, teach the first of three sessions at our new Art School series right here in the Town Square community center.

This hands-on workshop explores the recent renaissance in paper crafting and its astounding range. Participants will learn the fundamentals of Velliquette’s paper crafting techniques and experiment with diverse approaches to paper construction inspired by mandala-based designs. Spots are limited to 15 people. All materials will be included.

Mr. Velliquette is featured in collections of: the Art Museum of South Texas, the Museum of Wisconsin Art, the Racine Art Museum, and the John Michael Kohler Art Center (to name a few). He received his BFA from Florida State University and an MFA from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where he is now a Faculty Associate.
