Join us for our March Farmer’s Table Pairing Dinner! Our chef Dan Solberg, from Stack Farm & Food Co., creates a fabulous menu with as many seasonal, local ingredients as possible. 90% of the ingredients are made within 90 miles.
For our pairing dinner this month, we are offering a choice of a wine flight or a beer flight with our 5 course dinner menu. Dinner music provided by John Hardin and FEATherWOLF.
Tickets $70/person.

Course 1:
Corned Salmon with Mustard Sauce, Pickles, Rye Crackers

Course 2:
Butterhead and Romaine Salad with Citrus, Pomegranate, Hickory Nuts, and Champagne Honey Vinaigrette

Course 3:
Potato Watercress and Hen of the Woods Mushroom Soup

Course 4:
Braised Short Ribs with Tapped Bourbon Barrel-aged Maple Syrup, Ginger Lemongrass Broth, Shallot Jam

Course 5:
Maple Eclairs
