CHICKEN WIRE EMPIRE returns to the Horicon Bank Ripon Summer Concert Series on Friday, June 12th performing from 7:00 to 10:00 pm.

Chicken Wire Empire is a Milwaukee-based progressive bluegrass band. Its five members have spent a lifetime honing their craft, with deep roots in bluegrass, jamband, classical and other genres. With love from the local music scene, as well as their friends and families, Chicken Wire Empire looks to the future, with a goal to strengthen Wisconsin’s bluegrass scene and amplify the appreciation of acoustic music.

Ripon’s Summer Concert Series encompasses a wide range of musical styles including country, blues, classic rock and other styles, and is free to the public. A variety of beverages are available and participants are encouraged to bring lawn chairs or blankets to sit on.

ABSOLUTELY NO CARRY-INs are allowed in the park because beverage sales help cover entertainment expenses.
