One of the great assets of the Green Lake Area is our many beautiful parks and beaches!  Within the Green Lake Area, there are 9 parks which cover over 30 acres, a system of bike trails and a multi-use path along Highway 23 connecting the city of Green Lake to the Green Lake Conference Center!

 

Green Lake Parks

1. Hattie Sherwood Park and Beach

451 S. Lawson Drive
South Lawson Drive on the north lakeshore. Sand, swimming beach, pier, restrooms and camping.


2. Playground Park

547 Mill Street
Mill Street near the dam. Shelter, restrooms, picnic area and playground.


3. Deacon Mills Park

499 South Street
Located on South Street at the Marina. Band shell, picnic facilities, toilets, temporary boat tie-up and ice skating.


4. Athletic Field Park

540 Lake Street
Located on Mill Street across from the dam. Dartford Historical Society Depot Museum. Tennis courts and good bluegill and sunfish fishing spot.


5. Friday Club Park

Located on Mill Street across from the dam. Dartford Historical Society Depot Museum. Tennis courts and good bluegill and sunfish fishing spot.


6. Highknocker Park

564 Highknocker Trail
Highknocker Trail and Anchor Road (From Illinois Ave, turn North on Union, then West on Highknocker). Baseball field, playground equipment in a quiet and out-of-the-way park.


7. Zobel Park

County Rd J/Hwy 49
Picnic area with grills, woods.


8. Sunset Park

5254 Cty Rd  A, Ripon
East end of Green Lake on County Trunk A. Boat launch, swimming beach, restrooms, picnic area and pier.


9. Dodge Memorial County Park

W3306 Cty Rd K, Markesan
Located on the Southwest end of Green Lake. Boat launch, swimming beach, restrooms, picnic area and pier.
